RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in providing you with quality products that help you stretch further. However, we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free return policy, provided the product is new, in its original packaging, and all physical tags are attached to the product. The return policy is 45 days from the date of purchase. If the return window has expired, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT
Of course, you are welcome to try the product on, but we will not accept returns if the returned product is not in new condition, is not in its original packaging, is missing any of the physical tags, has perfume or other strong odors, has been exposed to smoke, has been washed, has been exposed to animal fur, has not been properly packed for return, has open seams, or has been altered or modified in any way.
For health and hygiene reasons, boxer shorts and socks can only be returned in their original condition and in their unopened original packaging.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Therefore, if you wish to exchange a product, you must return the product and place a new order.
STORE RETURNS
At this moment, it is unfortunately not possible to return products purchased online at shapingnewtomorrow.eu in our physical stores.
Returns for in-store products purchases will only be accepted at stores within the same country of purchase.
